V&V Land Management offers commercial and residential environmental services and guidance for Western North Carolina and East Tennessee.  Our on-site services include stream restoration, slope stabilization, retention and storm water structures, forestry mulching, erosion control and hydroseeding  It has been our experience that the best environmental solutions are those that work with Mother Nature, not against her.  This means that whenever possible we use and re-use available native resource and by-products such as topsoil, rock, brush and mulch, striving for solutions that are economically and environmentally elegant.

For those just getting started with their project we can help.  Our consulting services include rectified digital mapping and low altitude aerial photography.  These modern planning and assessment tools save our clients thousands of dollars every year by insuring that environmental mandates are met with thoughtful, creative solutions from the outset. If you require engineering solutions we will assist you in interfacing with appropriate and qualified engineers with proven track records.
